Spray-in bedliners for shops that spray

We supply spray-on bedliner chemical to shops that spray, not to a retail counter. We stock cartridge and high-pressure as two separate systems. AllPro 542 covers high-pressure rigs right now, and our next program is already in the works.

For the shop: We sell spray-in bedliner chemical to shops that spray. This isn’t a drop-in mat line. High-pressure and cartridge are two different systems, so order 542 as the drum set, not as separate black and iso barrels. 542 product page · Supply update

What specialized means here

AllPro has supplied spray-on bedliner shops across the Southeast for more than 15 years, going back to the Patriot years. On September 21, 2026, Patriot ended the Southeast distribution agreement and took the territory direct. AllPro did not drop the line. You can read the full story on our supply update page.

The expertise didn’t leave with the brand name. We’re staying in spray-on bedliner chemical and equipment for shops across the Southeast. If you spray for a living, you still have a warehouse to call, a cartridge line that hasn’t changed, and a high-pressure drum set to use until the next program launches.

Two systems, not one SKU

High-pressure

For plural-component rigs that hold 2,000 psi. AllPro 542 is the VFI-542 polyurea hybrid, private-labeled by AllPro. One set includes both drums.

Cartridge

AllPro Cartridge is its own system, and it isn’t affected by the Patriot change or the drum-set limit.

Next program

An entry-level line priced in line with the American Coating program, and a premium line built to compete with Patriot. Names come when it’s ready to sell.

Be a high-pressure dealer if

High-pressure is the shop that already sprays beds as a line, not a side job. You need a plural-component rig that holds 2,000 psi, drum storage, and a bay that can run a 1:1 mix. AllPro 542 is the drum set for that rig right now. One set is both drums. It is not a cartridge formula.

  • You already own a high-pressure rig, or you are buying one.
  • Recommended volume is about 4 or more trucks a week, enough to turn a drum set.
  • One drum set covers about 25 truck beds. That is the same work as about 6 packs of cartridges.
  • High-pressure is the efficient setup. The rig stays on the bed. A cartridge job means changing the cartridge more than once during the spray.
  • A B2B dealership commitment leans high-pressure. Steady truck volume belongs on a rig, not on cartridges.
  • You can store iso and resin and keep the mix at 1:1.
  • Order the 542 drum set, not separate barrels.

Be a cartridge dealer if

Cartridge is the shop starting spray, or the shop that sprays beds next to other work and does not want a plural-component rig. AllPro Cartridge is its own system. It is not under the drum-set limit, and it was not part of the Patriot change. It is not a color line. Color Crayon is a separate product, not a cartridge formula and not a high-pressure formula.

  • Recommended volume is about 1 to 3 trucks a week, or spray beside other work.
  • You do not have a 2,000 psi rig, and you are not buying one yet.
  • You want to spray a bed without storing drums.
  • You can add high-pressure later. The two systems do not share a formula.

AllPro 542, the bridge

AllPro 542 is a fast-setting, 100% solids polyurea hybrid for high-pressure plural-component rigs. It mixes 1:1 by volume and gels in about 4 seconds. Published properties include 2,410 psi tensile strength, 80% elongation, and a recommended 80 mil film. It’s ready for light use in 4 hours and full use in 24. It isn’t a cartridge formula, and it isn’t UV stable, so if the truck lives outside, let the truck owner know and plan a UV topcoat if color hold matters.

Until supply is back to normal, every high-pressure drum set (remaining Patriot, American Coating, and 542) is limited to one set per customer per week, so no single shop empties the shelf.

Questions customers ask

Does AllPro still sell spray-in bedliner?

Yes. AllPro Cartridge is unchanged, and AllPro 542 is the high-pressure drum set you can order now. A two-level program, entry and premium, is in the works and will be named when it’s ready to sell.

Did AllPro drop Patriot Liner?

No. Patriot ended the Southeast distribution relationship on September 21, 2026, and took the territory direct. AllPro did not drop the line.

Is AllPro 542 the same as a cartridge liner?

No. 542 is made for high-pressure plural-component rigs that hold 2,000 psi. It isn’t a cartridge or low-pressure formula.

Can a shop order more than one drum set a week?

Not right now. High-pressure drum sets, including 542, are limited to one set per customer per week until supply is back to normal.
