Catalog Program

Spray catalog, rebuilt. Color crayon is out.

Separate from Thursday's program note. The chemical order, the dealer application, and the limit lift have not changed. This is how to find it in the catalog.

Spray catalog, rebuilt

The new catalog is live on allprob2b.com and the beta site. Open the spray category. Subcategory is the way through it: Cartridge Spray Systems, Color Crayon Spray Liner, High-Pressure Spray Systems, Primers & Surface Prep, Roll-On Liner Systems, Texture & Finish Additives, and Undercoating & Corrosion Protection.

Color crayon is out. Not a joke.

The Color Crayon series is released. Open the color crayon category and read the goofs and gaffs. When you are done, come back to this page. It is not the new drum program.

Side note, same author. Billy Badass Carolina Squat suspension parts can be reviewed here: Carolina Squat. Then come back.

Program Supply

Orders are in. Limits are off.

As of yesterday afternoon, October 7, we officially have orders in on the new preferred chemical. We are very excited for this launch. This is the program this page has been pointing at, and we have a high level of certainty it will be the best spray program AllPro has ever put in front of a shop.

It will sell under a new brand, built to compete with the big names on the truck. We will drive business to the dealer network. Approved dealers get territory protection. Lead time on the first chemical is roughly 2 to 3 weeks. We will name the line when it is ready to sell. The order is already in.

We are still negotiating an economy price-point high-pressure spray option. That part of the program is not finalized. Until it is, we will keep carrying APL542 to fill the need. Do not read the new preferred chemical as a replacement for 542. Order 542 on the parent set until the economy option is set.

Dealers apply with John DeBlasio. Call or text him. Do not wait on a form.

Order limits are off

The one-set-per-customer-per-week cap is lifted, effective today. That covers high-pressure drum sets, including remaining Patriot (PAT), American Coating (AMN), and AllPro 542. Order what the shop needs. AllPro Cartridge was never on the cap, and it still is not.

Order the parent drum set

Drum sets can and should now be ordered under the parent set, not the ISO and the poly as separate lines. Strip the ISO or BLK suffix off the end of the drum part number. That is the parent. Simple as that.

APL542 is the drum set for APL542BLK-50 and APL542ISO-50. On the site the parent item is AllPro Liner / 542. Same rule on the other drum sets: drop the ISO or BLK suffix, order the parent.

Supply Program Updated October 3

AllPro did not walk away from Patriot

Some of our customers have been told that AllPro chose to leave Patriot Liner. That is not what happened. Here is the record, all from Monday, September 21.

Danny had a 3 p.m. meeting with Patriot on the books for that day, set the Friday before. At 11:59 a.m., Josh DeLaune of Patriot Liner texted Danny and Thomas Harrell, with his partner Scooter copied, and ended the Southeast distribution relationship. The 3 p.m. meeting was cancelled. AllPro did not resign the line or cancel it. The decision was Patriot's.

Danny called more than once that afternoon, and the calls were not taken. At 2:36 p.m., AllPro asked for a call that day or the next, at any time. Danny was leaving for nearly a month that Wednesday, and Patriot knew it. At 2:59 p.m., Patriot offered Friday from 11 to 3.

September 21. Patriot ends the relationship at 11:59 a.m. AllPro asks for a call at 2:36 p.m. Patriot offers Friday.

AllPro kept pressing, and Patriot agreed to speak with Danny the next evening. That call was held September 22 at about 5 p.m., with Danny, Josh, and Scooter on the line. It closed out the partnership.

September 21 follow-up: Patriot offers Danny a call the next evening, and Danny accepts after 1:30
Same thread. Patriot agrees to a call the next evening, and Danny accepts any time after 1:30.

That is the record. AllPro did not walk away from Patriot. It stinks that a relationship of more than 15 years closed on a Monday text, with a meeting already on the books. We have no ill will toward Patriot Liner or anyone who works there, and we wish them well. This is a record of how the relationship ended, not a fight with the people.

Where AllPro is going

We are moving ahead with a two-level spray program, and we are glad to be doing it.

Entry level. A chemical priced in line with the American Coating program we have sold before.

Premium. A chemical built to compete with Patriot on the truck, at a competitive price.

We will name the line and share the details as soon as the program is ready to sell.

Until then, AllPro 542 fills the gap. It is the VFI-542 high-pressure spray bedliner we already sell: a 1:1, 100% solids polyurea hybrid for high-pressure plural-component rigs. The product page has the properties, film build, and rig notes. A set is both drums, black and iso, on one item. Order the AllPro 542 drum set. Do not order APL542BLK-50 and APL542ISO-50 as separate part numbers.

Caution

Not UV stable. AllPro 542 will generally fade more than Patriot (PAT) or American Coating (AMN) on a truck that sits in the sun. Tell your customer before the job, and plan a UV topcoat if color hold matters. Do not sell it as a UV-stable liner.

AllPro 542 is a bridge, not the new program. More is on the way to carry shops through the changeover once remaining Patriot (PAT) and American Coating (AMN) chemical runs out.

One set per customer per week on every high-pressure drum set, including AllPro 542. That covers remaining Patriot (PAT), American Coating (AMN), and 542 until supply is back to normal, so no shop over-orders and leaves another short. Order 542 from the drum set item, not the single barrels. AllPro Cartridge and all other AllPro products ship on normal terms.

Supply Allocation

Patriot is going direct. IT STINKS.

On September 21, Patriot Liner notified AllPro that it is ending our Southeast distribution relationship and taking the territory direct. The decision was Patriot's. It came without warning and without the notice a relationship of more than 15 years should have received. The whole thing stinks. AllPro did not choose to drop this line.

We are not walking away from spray. AllPro will remain a major supplier of spray-on bed liner chemical and equipment to customers across the Southeast. We are already evaluating our next spray line, and our goal is simple: a product you can stand behind, with the same service you get from AllPro today and a better program behind it.

We will announce the new line as soon as it is ready, and we will keep you updated on this page as things develop. Your rep will reach out directly as we have news.

Spray chemical is limited to one set per customer per week until further notice. Because the cutoff was immediate, our inventory forecast for Patriot chemical was disrupted. This limit is temporary. It exists so no one over-orders and leaves another shop short.

Lifted October 8. See the status bar.

All other AllPro products ship under normal terms, and your existing Patriot inventory and open orders are not affected.
